English AOR band Shy released their fifth record "Welcome to the Madhouse" in A couple things stick out with this record right away. First is that vocalist Tony Mills is no longer present with this version of the band. Second is that this album rocks a lot harder than any previous Shy record /5(2).

Shy S/T is a appropriate title as this is a rebirth of the band with Lee Small(Surveillance)at the helm. Small adds as much to Shy as Tony Mills detracts from TNT. Shy has gone without Mills once before with the ill received 'Welcome to the Madhouse' with Wardi on vox.
